Dr Jacinta Francis has a PhD in International Business from the University of Wales United Kingdom. She is an entrepreneur with a flourishing business in the challenging field of certification and training services.
In 2006, she launched AGM Certification Sdn Bhd and later established AGM Group Asia, building a legacy of excellence that spans nearly two decades.
With over 30 years of experience in managing international certification and training companies, her skills in business development and profound understanding of the certification realm have moulded her as a professional business adviser to many international clients who have achieved their business growth from it.
She is a qualified Lead Assessor for IMS international standards with extensive knowledge and experience in the technical auditing field across various working environments of industrial business sectors.
