  • HACCP/ISO 22000 Food Safety
  • Training and consultation

3. Certification Process

Our process includes:

  • Application and gap analysis
  • Documentation review
  • Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits
  • Certificate issuance
  • Annual surveillance audits

4. Client Obligations

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Grant auditor access
  • Implement required systems
  • Pay applicable fees
  • Report changes affecting certification

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are based on organization size and scope. Late payments may result in suspension.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality except where required by law or accreditation.

7. Impartiality

We maintain impartiality and do not provide consulting that compromises objectivity.

8. Suspension or Withdrawal

Certification may be suspended for:

  • Failure to meet requirements
  • Misuse of certificate
  • Non-payment
  • Client request

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific certification.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
