This new standard complements ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) by addressing psychosocial risks such as work-related stress, burnout, harassment, and violence at work—issues that have gained significant attention in the wake of the global pandemic.
ISO 45003 provides a framework for organizations to identify, assess, and control psychosocial risks while promoting positive mental health and well-being at work. The standard is applicable to organizations of all sizes and sectors.
